RENTAL TERMS
AGE:
Renters and additional drivers must be at least 25 years of age with valid driver’s license.
INSURANCE:
If you have full coverage auto insurance, you’ll be able to insure the rental car with your insurance. Almost all insurance providers will transfer your current coverage from your vehicle to our vehicle regardless of the model/year of your car. We will verify each renters insurance in order to guarantee a reservation. (Expeditious Rentals does provide insurance if renter does not have transferable insurance.) Expeditious Rentals insurance starts at $23 a day. In the event of any other loss or damage to the car, regardless of fault, your financial responsibility extends to the full value of the car at the time of rental, unless it’s salvage value, plus expenses for towing, storage impound fees, an administrative fee and a reasonable charge for loss of use. Your responsibility for theft of the car shall not exceed the reasonable costs incurred by Expeditious Rentals for loss due to theft up to its fair market value, if it is established that you or any authorized operator failed to exercise reasonable care or aided or abetted in the theft.
DRIVER’S LICENSE:
A valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence must be presented at the time of rental. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period.
PAYMENT:
Expeditious Rentals accepts the following payments (CASHAPP, APPLE PAY AND ZELLE, DEBIT AND CREDIT IS NOW ACCEPTED) !!!
LOCAL RENTERS:
All local Customers wishing to rent who reside within the states we service are welcome to rent any vehicle of choice. There are no restrictions for local renters. Customers must have proof of full coverage insurance transferable to rental vehicles covering any Expeditious Rentals vehicle while on a rental. If unable to verify proof of insurance renter will have to pay for our daily insurance starting at $23 a day.
RENTAL DURATION:
All rentals are billed in 24 hours windows. For example, a 2-day rental from Saturday at 9:00 AM will be required to be returned on Monday at 9:00 AM. We grant a 1 hour grace period for all rentals after which an hourly charge of $30 per hour is billed.
RENTAL & SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDS:
DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED 2 DAYS AFTER DROP OFF AFTER OUR TEAM EXPECTS THE CAR FOR DAMAGES AND SMOKING. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK IF ALL THE RULES ARE FOLLOWED, NO LATENESS AND CAR IS DROPPED OFF AT RIGHT LOCATION. IF CAR IS IMPOUNDED BY POLICE FOR ANY REASON DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST. IF YOU LET SOMEBODY DRIVE THE CAR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST !
ADDITIONAL DRIVER:
Additional authorized operators can be added at the time of rental. The primary renter and each Additional Authorized Operator must be present to sign the rental agreement and must meet normal rental qualifications, such as showing a valid driver license, and meeting all age requirements. Additional Driver Fees is $45.00 for each additional authorized driver.
SMOKING:
All vehicles on Expeditious Rentals fleet are considered non smoking rental cars. Smoking in any vehicle will result in loss of rental deposit!
CANCELLATION:
You must cancel more 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a minimum of one day rental charges plus taxes and appropriate fees.
